Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription & Payment Policy

·     Payment for football development programme sessions operates on a rolling monthly subscription basis.

·     All payments must be made in advance via the designated sign-up process.

·     Subscription payments are due on the 1st of each month and cover the full month of sessions.

2. Cancellation Policy

·     Participants must provide one full calendar month’s notice in writing to cancel their subscription.

·     Cancellations must be sent via email to info@futuresuccesssports.co.uk before the 1st of the month to take effect at the end of that month.

·     No refunds will be issued for cancellations partway through a month; the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund Policy

·     Missed Sessions by the Participant:

o  No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., long-term injury, illness with medical proof, or other agreed exceptional situations).

o  Where possible, we may offer an alternative session to make up for a missed one, but this is at the discretion of Future Success Sports and subject to availability.

·     Cancelled Sessions by Future Success Sports:

o  If a session is cancelled due to weather, coach absence, or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to provide an alternative session or credit towards the following month’s subscription.

o  If a session cannot be rescheduled, a refund may be provided at the discretion of Future Success Sports.

4. Attendance Policy

·     The subscription ensures access to all sessions included in the package.

·     Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

·     Repeated unexplained absences may result in cancellation of the subscription at the discretion of Future Success Sports, without refund.

5. Behaviour & Conduct Policy

·     All participants must adhere to the Future Success Sports Behaviour Policy (see website).

·     Any player who breaches the Behaviour Policy may be removed from the programme without refund.

·     Coaches reserve the right to refuse participation if a child’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

6. Liability & Insurance

·     Future Success Sports has all appropriate insurance coverage in place for football activities.

·     Participants are responsible for their own belongings; Future Success Sports accepts no liability for lost or stolen items.

7. Free Trials & Discounts

·     Free trial sessions are not guaranteed but may be offered at the discretion of Future Success Sports.

·     No sibling discounts or referral bonuses are available.

Future Success Sports reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Code of Conduct for Parents/Guardians

 As a parent/guardian of a player involved in Future Success Sports, I agree to:

·      Support my child’s participation in a positive and encouraging manner.

·      Show respect to all players, coaches, staff, match officials and other parents.

·      Allow coaches to take the lead in coaching decisions and refrain from giving instructions from the sidelines.

·      Ensure my child arrives on time for sessions and is collected promptly afterward.

·      Communicate any concerns with FSS staff in an appropriate manner.

·      Follow all venue rules and respect facilities. 

Policy Reference: By supporting my child’s involvement in Future Success Sports, I acknowledge and agree to adhere to all FSS policies, which can be accessed on our website. This includes safeguarding, complaints, and equality policies.

I understand that if I do not follow the code I may be:

o  Issued with a verbal warning or asked to leave the event.

o  Required to meet with an FSS official or FA official such as the County Welfare Officer.

o  Obliged to undertake an FA education course. 

o  Requested not to attend future FSS events, be suspended or your child be removed from the programme.

Code of Conduct for Players

As a participant in Future Success Sports activities, I agree to:

·      Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials at all times.

·      Demonstrate good sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude

·      Follow all instructions given by coaches and staff to ensure safety.

·      Refrain from using offensive or inappropriate language.

·      Take care of all equipment and facilities used during activities 

·      Report any concerns regarding your safety or the safety of others to a coach or safeguarding officer. 

Policy Reference: By participating in Future Success Sports activities, you agree to follow all FSS policies, which are available on our website. This includes safeguarding, health & safety, and anti-bullying policies.

I understand that if I do not follow the code, I may be:

o  Be asked to apologise to whoever is involved

o  Receive a formal warning

o  Be suspended from the programme

o  Be removed from the programme
